Our Vision
MST represents a work ethic that has been deep-rooted since the owner's entry into the construction arena since 1987. Mani S. Thind founded MST General Contracting Restoration Inc. in 1997, with a dream and a vision of serving his community using his construction expertise, obtained through his education in the field as well as earned through his personal experience in the industry.
Mr. Mani S. Thind has notably since MST's inception served numerous city agencies like the New York City Department of Education, Housing Authority, School Construction Authority, the Office of General Services, and various prestigious private construction companies in the New York metro area, as well as homeowners in the local community.
With his exceptional history in the construction industry, Mani used his extensive knowledge and experience to create a construction company focused on quality. His passion for excellence, communication, and timeliness has resulted in a company that provides the highest quality of service to its prestigious clientele based on merit and distinction.

MST's staff and crew have all OSHA and safety-related licenses. We have in-house civil engineers. Our expertise in scaffolding and in-house sidewalk bridges is unparalleled. MST'S office is centrally located in Long Island City and we service all NYC boroughs.
