MST is actively seeking qualified personnel to fill the following vacancies:

Project Manager

COMPETITIVE Compensation.


to handle NYCSCA / NYCHA jobs. At least two years of experience in working with Citi jobs (NYCHA / NYCSCA) is required. Should be able to supervise and manage the multiple projects efficiently with complete accountability.


Manage all project submittals & shop drawings.
Attend project meetings.
Take weekly progress status of Projects.
Handle multiple construction projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Review the work progress on a daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Manage / Assist in the bidding process for future work


Must have Project Management experience for minimum of 2 years. Experience working in Citi projects with NYCSCA / NYCHA preferred
KNOWLEDGE/REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge of basic building design and construction systems / able to read Blueprint
Ability to read construction documents and specification manuals
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to be a Team member
Energetic, highly motivated.
